Defense mode Chip

The counter attack is stop sleeping at the wheel and shoot back yourself or run like hell, legal autolocks is probably the worst idea I've ever seen, I can't even comprehend why you think this is needed.

 

Or have this tech and go cubing without having to run.

 

Is your mindset that this tech makes players invincible and they wouldn't have to run when cubing because they could autolock enemies? Quite the opposite, they'd be vulnerable since the Prot's would be damaging the defender and the enemy would come and instant pop them, they don't have to run, they can autolock and have there ship do barrel rolls while they get popped, that's if they want an idea like this in the game.

I know I don't, legal autolocks, the most ridiculous idea you've come out with Vespid, close this thread as this is going nowhere, do you expect the developers to put something like this into the game? I think not.

 

Not invincible, just more capable of returning fire.
I actually do think this idea should be implemented for every reason that I have presented in this post already.

 

Well of course the creator of an idea would want it, the developers wouldn't care how much you want it and wouldn't implement it, you have to think about what the game really needs or what players may want, this isn't either of those, legal autolocks are a bad idea, they're more capable because they have a chip do everything for them, making lazy pilots as well.

The Chip I'm proposing boosts the pilots counter attack abilities by priming the weapons system to launching an automatic counter attack against any pilot that fires on your ship.

Each auto-lock takes 50 xenomit.
The suggested price would be 30K Uri.

Most players know how damaging autolocks and other battle cheats have been to the game, introducing a legal autolock would be the most ridiculous thing DO could ever do, it would be going backwards from banning them to selling them, I don't know why you can't see that this is a terrible idea, you need to accept that, legal autolocks are not what the game needs, they aren't a good defense, this idea would destroy the game.

 

The illegal programs are destroying the game, this is a fighting chance against at least one of them.....Are you actually defending bots???

I ask because this idea would be a counter to at least one of them and none of you guys seem to want to see that point.
