Definition of Botting

    I have seen lots of people talk about botting in Global chat, but I couldn't find any place where it was defined. I see some folks park their ship outside the pally field and just let their pet fly around collecting - is that botting? Is flying around letting your pet collect bonus boxes (and you don't collect any via your ship) considered botting? Or is botting only when you use some sort of program?

    Reason for asking - I just want to make sure I don't break the rules.

    Botting is when a player is using a program to play for them, so you are perfectly okay to fly around the map letting your pet do the work so long as it is you flying your ship and not a program :)

    All I'm gonna say is keep your account to yourself. Let a program do anything on game for you? Ban. Let someone do anything on your account for you? Ban. Use a program that affects your account in any way? Ban. Moral of the story, stay doing stuff yourself and there's a 99% chance you won't be banned
