Deleting configurations =problems...

Hi everyone I have a major issue that almost makes me want to quit the game altogether!
I bought a slot extender at auction and was having issues with equipping it, I read some of the other posts about this issue and followed the advice, deleting my current configuration, I lost 3 Lf3s and 6 speed generators and I have no idea where they went! I'm furious because I don't have a premium account everything I've gotten myself in this game is by hard work and it took weeks if not months of boxing to save for those items I lost now I don't know if I want to start over.BTW that deleting the config didn't even fix the original issue...

If you delete the configuration all the items which were equipped in your last configuration would directly go to inventory.

You can't loose the equipment with deleting configurations. Just clear browser and flash player cache, and log in again. You will see the equipment is in inventory.

 

easier that that just refresh equipment tab and everything returns

 

Agree with Reboog....
Items that are taken off one ship doesn't show up always...
Just refresh equipment and they'll pop back up in your inventory
