    I received emails for the Jubilee Goliath Plus design, but I didn't receive the email with the code to redeem it on the Italia 1 server. How can I get a coupon code to receive the Jubilee Goliath Plus design from the Italia 1 server?

    I also didn't receive my 19th anniversary design. I contacted support, but after a while, I received four different codes, none of which worked. So, I contacted support again and am waiting for a response.
