The Dec 7 easy quest will not complete for me even tho Sibelon is destroyed. All other tasks on the quest are complete and recognized by the system, but the destroy 1 Sib task remains in incomplete status even after I destroyed 2 and the log shows destroyed.
I can't complete the quest and thus would be disqualified for the 1st special quest. can you fix this for me, and perhaps others?

  2. My friend had same problem but he went to enemy map and when he killed it system recognized it and counted like a kill. Altho I didn't have that problem I suggest you trying that.

  3. Do you have another sib quest open?
So yes, select that quest and then select the winterquest again and your next sib should count.

  4. I've sometimes problems with recognizing NPCs to the quests too. Relog helps. ;)

  5. quests from events can be completed and still get rewarded if support enables it,

  6. If you have other NPC quests active, check total NPC kills there too. May need to just switch active quests (toggle) to a different one, then back again.

  7. It's probally because you had another quest open where you have to kill the Same npc as said above.

  8. Are you sure you had red lock? there was a lock butg going around u might have lost it to the bug

    Hello kabookie10

Thankyou to all for your answers.

The most likely explanation is that you have another quest open which is counting Sibelon kills. Sometimes specifically selecting the Event Quest will solve the problem, however in some cases, the only way to get it to work correctly is to cancel the other quests (or finish them quickly).
