Did not receive virtual currency, Premium and Rebate

I just want to know if there is a problem with payment system, because i haven't received my virtual currency (uridium) , Premium and Rebate. Anyone having the same problem. Any Admin online please respond as soon as possible, thanks

Thank you Alky-jr for assisting with this thread.

If you had purchased premium and rebate pack you can check subscription page to check whether it was added to your account also you can check your home page under darkorbit logo where "PREMIUM" should be mentioned in bold letters, if you are a premium member and if not that space will be blank. To check whether rebate is working or not you can go to shop or auction and try to purchase any items you should be able to see 30% discount (5% from premium and 25% from rebate) and regarding uridium purchase you can check whether your uridium count has increased or not from you backpage or in game page menu or from your uridium balance logbook.
