Didn't receive Newsletter

    Hello! I have been signed up to the news letter ever since I missed one last year. Ever since signing up I have never received a newsletter so assumed none had gone out in a while. However. A load of friends have been pointing out the most recent newsletter and what they get from it yet I never got the news letter?

    have never had any problems getting the newsletter until this one, in my opinion, support is trying to pass off one of their problems and telling us its ours and white list their e-mail address. With so many of us not getting the voucher code contained in the latest newsletter its obvious it's a glitch on their side not ours
