Died in Beta because of lag

    I lost my beta because i lagged on protegit wave and couldnt lock on any of them :( wondering if i could get back with a life, im 2442bryan on east coast 3 server

    Hello,

    Just message support & ask them for a gate reset. They'll reset the gate for you; only if you haven't asked for one in the last 30 days. If you have, then they won't do it.

    Also, based on your post, i'm assuming this will be your first time, asking for a gate reset.
    Things you must remember is you only get 1 reset per month/30 days, and must ask for a reset with-in the next 48 hours, after you'd lost the gate. Fail to do so, support won't, rest your gate.

    As you are correct, you can contact support and request a gate reset once every 30 days.
