Disconnecting in Gamma gate

    Mhk so I spent $100 on galaxy gate spins and most of that went to getting my gamma gate. Everytime i go in after i pop about 4 bk my screen either freezes or a reconnecting screen pops up and i log back in poped, i already went through 3 lives like this and even bought another for 10k and it just happened again. Is there a way i can get part of a refund or my gamma gate back or even my 10k uri from extra life? this is a very frustration happening and im trying to finish this gate for my kronos gate. m not just poping cause im a noob everytime and im not sure if there is a way to prove it or not. ive also wasted about 40k whites on it so far..... =.='

    You have to write support for getting you gate back.

    As stated all galaxy gate reset issues must be taken to support.
