    No set date but it has happened at least twice in the past since the discounts on items were added, so just have to look out for it happening again.

    Yes but it's random and won't happen often at all. You're more likely to log on to the last 5 minutes of an upgrade hour.

    The deals on booty keys are random and you have to be logged into back page to see whether they are available or not.

    Enjoy the game.
