[UIP] do additional option to put gates to x-8 and a change to it too

    1st the change diameterion to 5%
    imo its hard to get it by dispatch it takes too long to get what you want by dispatch
    for example (goli + ) for ppl that dont play much is it better i think

    and put the gates in x-8 too
    its then easier to fly to it too

    can someone put this in a better words and layout i cant put layout xd
