DOMINATION EVENT FAQ​

1. Do you receive more points to when your company holds all of the sectors and have bases in all 3 domination 4-x maps?


Yes.


2. Do a company’s influence points increase if you hold beacons and CBSs?

Yes, they must be on the same map. More points achieved the more maps held.


How many Domination Points do you get for capturing & building a CBS?

3 beacons - No base 3

3 beacons - with base 3+4

5 beacons - No base 5

5 beacons - with base 5+4

9 section - No base 9

9 beacons - with base 9+4


3. What happens to a CBS if the company loses the beacons?

CBS behave as normal. As long as it has shields it will not be destroyed, giving the players enough time to reclaim the beacons.


4. What type award is offered to the winning company?

Winning the domination? Check the graphics.

Winning the Boss fight? Only the attacking players get something. Distributed by amount of damage.

5. Do players receive the bonus when they switch companies during the Domination event?

Players can switch companies as normal.

6. Will the company influence ship designs benefit the players during this event?


The ship designs give you the PvP bonus.

7. If and when the Freighter appears, will all companies benefit from the rewards?


The Freighter appears on the last day of the event and will drop loot which is distributed to players relative to the amount of damage. It does not give company-wide bonuses.


6. What is the purpose of this event?


This event is a fun event where a lot of PvP is happening around the CBSs and the beacons. We’re also trying to find out how tightly people are attached to their actual faction/company and we’re collecting data how to make this a permanent mechanic.


The beacons do drop special ammo that does double-damage on the freighter – so they have plenty of time collecting this by capturing beacons.


9. Details on RSB-214 ammunition

· Deals damage like x4 on players and regular NPCs

· Deals x8 damage to Demaner Freighter

· Can be purchased in the Shop while your faction is dominating


10. When will the Demaner Freighter NPC spawn?

The Demaner Freighter will spawn every day of the event. It can be attacked by all players, no matter which faction they belong to.

11. Do players need to buy booty keys to open the purple booty box?


Although, the purple box looks like a booty box players do not need to purchase keys to open it as it is the cargo box which the Demaner Freighter drops once it was destroyed.




12. Exactly how does neutralizing conquering a beacon work? For example, why is it some beacons can only be neutralized whereas some beacons can be conquered giving a 15 minute 'protection' period.


Once a beacon is captured by a company it is locked for the next 15 minutes and is protected from being neutralized.


13. Is there any reward to the company at the end of the domination event who has the most influence points?

The winning faction will get a 10% bonus on bonus boxes. All factions will get a 1% bonus on honor and XP for every 1,300 domination points they gathered throughout the event but 15% at max.

The #1 player on the server would get the following package:
1 month of Premium
10000 of USB-100
10 Booty keys
100 Extra Energy

Players #2-10 on the server would get the following package:
1 month of Premium
5 Booty Keys
50 Extra Energy

Players #11-100 on the server would get the following package
2 Booty Keys
10 Extra Energy

Clan rewards

Top-3 clans will be rewarded.

• The rewards will only be booked to the players, who became members of the clan before the event has started.
  
• If two or more clans share a prize place, they all get the respective prize.

The #1 clan members will get the would get the following package:
10 EMP
3000 RSB-75
300 UBR-100
50000 Honor points.

Clan #2 on the server would get the following package:
5 EMP
1500 RSB-75
150 UBR-100
25000 Honor points.

Clan #3 on the server would get the following package
1000 RSB-75
15000 Honor points.
