Double booking

Had bought a month of premium with a 20 dollar gamer card confirmed it said I had 13 dollars and some change left in pixels then got a email saying I had 2 months premium and only 8 dollars and some change in pixels was wondering if anyone else has had a problem with this. basicly it double booked my premium without me okaying it.

I know it is a payment problem but only wanted to know if anyone else has had this experience.

 

I actually almost paid over $100 for uri one time by accident. When you click on a uri amount, it automatically adds it into your cart. So I was looking around and I guess I accidentally clicked on the $100 uri option and a couple other options by accident, which added it to my cart.

This probably happened to you, you might have accidentally clicked on it twice by accident.

You can contact payment support and they will probably give you a refund back, since you aren't in the second month yet.

 

lol no this isn't what happen when I first bought it it said 6.50 cents had be taking off card which was 20 dollars and 13.50 dollars been placed in my saved pixels closed out everything recieved e mail next morning about it being double booked. just Got a email from support saying it had been doubled booked was just seeing if it was a known issue
