Double purchase...

    So, I bought a spearhead, and it purchased two of them, not only that, but now I cant equip anything to the one I actually am using, Why did it double bill me, and why can it use my weapons on my 2nd ship. This is obscene and beyond reason.

    First of all :

    Did you lose double uridium from purchasing Spearhead ship?

    Spearhead ship, It gave me 2 of them and charged me twice when i only wanted 1

    I suggest that you get in contact with support since this issue is something we are unable to help with from the forums.

    When you contact support (    >>HERE<<), please make sure you provide the following;

    User ID:
    Server:
    Balance logs of the purchases:

    You can find the logs of the purchases under the URIDIUM page, then clicking BALANCE on the left hand side.

    Support should be able to investigate into this for you.
