Dron problems

  1. In 4 years never lost dron but last 20-30 days lost 4... First lost Apis and Zeus with CPU dron repair on the ship (other drons 83% demage!?). I had enough parts for new Apis but this one desapeared again... and last dron what I lost this evening when all drons were at 17% of demage. Endeed... I was writing to support but nobody care. They play with me like with ping-pong ball... I am not even angry any more, just sad coz I have no any rights and coz of indifference. Realy dont know what to do... maybe finish with this game after what I invested 8878 hours and money to my acc? what is your advice???
     
  2. To be honest, when I lose Apis or Zeus:

    • If a player popped me, he will be haunted bad...
    • If an npc popped me, I am going off just the same
    Either way, I will pretty much be done. I keep a close watch on my drone damage, just because I lost two iris before. But that was my fault for not paying attention and for removing my repair CPU's. Don't ask me what possessed me to do that. I didn't even remember doing it.

    All in all, I won't be fun to be around. I have a lot of friends on this game and they are really what keeps me going. This chat, or rather the lack there of, really puts a damper on playing. Thank goodness I finally started using TS.

    Stick with support, with a lot of nail biting tact. Its the only way you will get it back, and only if you can get past Kara from what I have heard.
     
  3. im must be lucky ive gotten about 12 different people total not one has been kara not that ive ever been helped tho...
     
  4. Very Lucky, as have I with the 5 people I have had with support. At the same time, none of my problems were ever fixed by support.

  6. Some say they ask for escalation of tickets. Hard to say how easy that is to get.

    Please know that if you contact support again, and explain the situation with a calm and reasonable request. I have found that support can be very helpful.

    I know that players have their thoughts on certain support members. However I would ask that you try and put yourself in their position. There are hundreds of players everyday that have real issues and hundreds more wanting something free, compensation etc... So their job is not an easy one. But they do try and offer the best possible assistance. This is also why the gate reset system changed from a FPS requirement to a 1 free gate reset every 30 days. They are trying to offer the players as much as possible without going past the guidelines they must follow.

    Please give support another opportunity to assist you.
    Have faith that they will work with you.
