Drone design called Linear

    k so we have drone formations that increase hp, attack, ep, shield, sab etc, but none that increase honor. I propose a drone design that helps increase the honor you get from npcs and pvp. Its called Linear. Imagine the drones on each side of your ship that creates a straight line. if you have 10 drones then thats 4 on each side and two in front of the ship. You get 5% extra honor in pvp kills and 3% honor in npc kills. Reason i say it this way is that pvp is a bit more difficult to get because of the strength of other players and availability of other players on the game. With the increase of course you get a decrease. Im up in the air about this, but what if you lose 10% hp and 10% shield? or you get nneg 2% on ep from kills, or maybe just maybe, laser damage decreases by 3% and rocket damage decrease by 15%? what are your thoughts, and please feel free to suggest something different.
