    Hi,

    you arrive with full dmg/speed config with rsb and poof 200k dmg the guy die(if you're ufe :p)

    How about if damage and accuracy are boosted to 100% "no more up to" and speed generators are dampened by a 25% penalty as well as disallowing any speed boosts or cloaks.

    Please remember that the items already in game are taken into consideration when evaluating a new idea. The current in game items such as the Chevron and Pincer already offer similar results.
