Drone upgrades and discount events

Soon I wanted to start upgrading drones. So, basically I have 2 questions for those who can help me.

1. Should I upgrade my drones with 100% chance? Does 95% fails fairly enough? Give me advices
2. How often does that discount "event" on upgrades happens?

1. Always upgrade at 100% - after all I don't trust DO 'chance' factors. Why pay twice when you can do it once

2. Um, so far every Friday at 7pm thereabouts - I recommended getting premium and rebate.

A: Its always better to go with 100% every time but it depends on you what you want to choose. Higher the % more the chance of successful upgrade.

2. How often does that discount "event" on upgrades happens?
A: The upgrade hour is random in nature and you have to be logged into backpage to check whether its on or not.
