Duke's lair mission will not finish

    I have done all the things the mission require, but when I do the last thing "fly back to mission control" it will not end, I have even taken a new mission.

    Go to the mission control in your X-1 map. Worked there for me!

    Unless it states a map specifically then it appears you need to use the nyx station in your home x-1 map.

    Don't try to use that one if it says x-4 mission control or it will fail.

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Usually you should fly back to mission control in X-1 map in order to get quest completed.
