Email hacked and ship's lf4's sold and cheated on to make sure account got banned:(

    Hi my name is Brooks and I was unaware of this but while I was taking a break from this game someone hacked into my email and sold all my lf4's on my ship and ran a bot on the account to get it permanently banned. I know exactly who did it, however I am unsure of whether there is a rule against calling players out on the forum. The ship received its first ban because I was running programs, but after all of my upgrades that I spent a decent amount of money to get as well as cheating got taken away I was like ok not doing that again. I then quit the game for a period of time, came back, had to reset password and then when I logged into the ship a message pops up saying the ship has been permanently banned. that is my best guess is that someone ran cheats on the account to get it banned, But I know you can run scripts on all the ships accessed from my IP and you will find nothing. I am 100% confident. Please help, regards,

    dint u say someone els was running the bot :s and that account is long gone u wont get that back

    If the account is permanently banned, then how can you know that your LF-4s had been sold?

    You'll have to email support to get this resolved, as players and moderators on the forum are unable to assist you.

    Like I said, I know who hacked me, and the people I play with knew him and knew what he did because he did it to get back at the people I used to play with. Idk why he felt like hacking someone who is inactive's email and hasn't done anything to him and selling things and getting account permad is something logical but whatever. I sent an email to them with no response at all, possibly because I have another ticket open regarding something else.

    Couldn't that person have run the cheat through a self-destructing/incognito program?

    You will need to take this up with support we can do nothing to help you in forums I am afraid.

    Also yes, it is against the rules to name players in the forums.
