    I subscribed to the newsletter but apparently I did not receive any email from Bigpoint ever since I have done so.How can I fix this?

    when did u sub subscribe id its after the last new letter went out then u wont get 1

    I subscribed way before the event.It seems I cannot get any email from bigpoint whatsoever.

    If you are having trouble with receiving emails from Bigpoint/Dark Orbit.
    I would recommend first attempting to whitelist your email account. Here is a link to a forums thread that will give you more information on that. Whitelisting your email FAQ.

    If this does not resolve the issue, you may need to contact support and ask if your email address may have been blocked for some reason.
