EMP LAG

    Ive noticed when ever an EMP is used the visual effect is noticeably after the affect of the burst.

    Is anyone else having this problem??
    It happen on Firefox, Chrome and Opera. AND YES my Cache is clean.

    MY EMP's I click them there is a 3 second lag in a fight its a little annoying could be part of the same issue who knows.

    Yes When you use emp there will be the effect instantly but the wave releases after few seconds.Even the jamx ability of spearhead used to work but the impulse was released late.So i cleared all my cache and cookies-cleaned Prefetch in run menu.
    Now everything is good try clearing history and temporary files on the system . :)

    This issue started after the Contacts update last week for me. Hit the emp button and nothing happens 2 to 3 seconds later the emp goes off. Seems to happen random and not every time for me.

    Under enemy fire, I press EMP shortcut but it doesn't fire... and I got killed because of that. This already happened several times in a row, EMPs are not firing when they should - sometimes not at all and sometimes with few seconds of delay.

    Thank you for bring this issue to our attention. As we do have a active event running, this could be part of the issue relating to the actual EMP delay that is noticed. I will pass this on to have it tested for a possible issue.

    I had issues with the EMPs even before the influence event, so I don't think this event is the real cause.

    yea i have had this problem when some1 uses emp on me i lose lock for about 3 seconds then it gose off

    This has been a problem for a while. I thought it was related to my lag prob at the time but you know what i have came to realise. It's the programmers over complicating things yet again. It's a, {if it's not broke don't fix it policy} maybe they should over haul it, if it's no this it's another thing.
