Equipment hotkeys

Was wondering what the controls/hot keys are to change/add or remove your equipment faster/easier in the equipment backpage?

Here are a couple of quick short cuts that could be useful for you.

1. Do you want to clear your entire configuration?
Click the button that looks like a gear to the far right of [1][2] on top of the equipment tabs. This will delete your current configuration.

2. Do you want to add/remove many items at once?
There are two ways to do this;
1. Using your mouse, if you click and drag you are able to highlight many items at once. You can then drag the items to either add or remove them.

2. Once again, using your mouse highlight the items you want to add/remove but instead of physically dragging them, hold down ctrl and left-click the highlighted items with your mouse.

If you are trying to remove the items, this only works for one section at a time since it is not possible to highlight all possible areas (lasers/rocket launcher/generators/extras) within the equipment page.

These are two short cuts that i am aware of, and i hope they can help you since equipping a ship can be a laborious process.

You can also SHIFT + CLICK to select all of the same type of equipment, say b02 for example and then CTRL + CLICK to move them into any available slots as Ddraig suggested
