Erm....

Started playing way back in 2009, then stopped. Then played again for a bit in 2011-2012, Then stopped again. I recently logged back in and found 2 of my accounts (lev 16 and 17) inventories had been stripped of equipment and/or been replaced with multiple 10 cloak Cpus (all speed my gens/all lev 16 sheilds/all my lev 16 lf4's and a load of other equipment etc etc).

Before you say I need to contact support....
I already have, and was met with a reply of "Unable to assist"

Can someone advise what I should do next please.

My best advice, find another game. They happily take your hard earned cash but ignore us in every other respect. This game is constantly broken and they don't even seem to care. People should all stop paying money for this game, just to see what happens. They will either start getting stuff done or close the game down, probably the latter tbh.
