Establishing Connection Error

    Whenever I try to play the game, I get stuck on the establishing connection screen. It then stays on the screen or tries to get me to either log out or attempt a new connection, which ends up doing the same thing. My computer and internet connection should be good enough for this game, and I have played it before so I know it works. Can anyone offer me a solution?

    znat1, Do you have any Internet Security software that may be preventing the connection? Can you try a different browser?

    I am also having the same issues but a little different. There's certain hours im able to play without any interruption or anything and then theirs hours where i get stuck in establishing connection screen for long hours.

    Having the same issue. About an hour ago from now, I couldn't even log in to my acc. I was getting TCP time out and most of my clan members had same issue. Now was able to login but while doing cubes my screen froze and I can't connect to the game client now. Its stuck there.

    I guess this is what's gonna happen if they focus on bringing "new stuff" and ignore current issues.

    Oh yea, I still can't connect to the client, 4 hrs been wasted like this and still counting. This is going great.

    everyone on west server cant get in or once in loses connection within 5 minutes then cant get back in

    I hate the fact that the game logs u out , but your ship stays there and is destroyed
    If the game logged u out your ship should also be logged out!
