establishing connection !!!! why wont it play.

i had this problem for a while like 3 months now, so i stopped playing the game and i also thought it would be fixed, but i aint fixed, i need help iv tried everything.

im using safari and google chrome but none of them work
im on mac iv deleted history, iv dont everything!

 

We're currently experiencing server issues on the US servers, so the original issue may have been fixed and just bad timing on when you came back.
Hopefully the latest problems will be solved as soon as possible

Can i ask if this issue is occurring for you every time you try playing the game? Have you tried playing the game on another computer or at another location to see if the issues persists?

I'm afraid that we have been experiencing server issues as highlighted in the above posts which may have caused some of your issues, however i if you are experiencing this problem every time (e.g. unable to play for last 3 months), then there could be an underlying problem that could be causing this for you.

On sunday I went to my cousin and I went on their computer and it was working but it was lagging like mad I couldn't do anything. I think that wad just the PC but it did work.

 

Also this happens everytime on my mac. Theres nothing wrong with my mac so whats the problem and can you fix it as soon as you can.

 

*COBRA1*, I am sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues getting into the game. Was your cousin's computer a mac as well? If your cousin's computer was indeed able to access the game, there may be an underlying issue on your computer preventing you from being able to access the game. Have you tried temporarily disabling any antivirus and/or firewall products? Are there any content filter programs that may be interfering with the ability to access the game, and can they be turned off, if only for the length of time needed to test.
Please let us know if you are still experiencing the issue.

my cousin has a PC and can you tell which programs can by maybe causing this problem and then il try to disable or turn them off so i know which one are they. can you post as soon as you can.

 

iv checked the firewall its already disabled and i dont have anti virus, if there is i cant find it.

 

Guys I fixed it!!!!!! Guess what I had to do. Reset my mac feel kinda stupid now. Anyway thank you for your support of helping me tho. <3
