    says reduces the probability of enemy hit by ?%. My question is is that for npcs and players and is it worth investing in EM2

    I think NPC aren't effected by it. As for if it's worth getting, only if you are UFE and big on PvP, if you are a rank chaser things like the Alien Hunter and Cruelty are obviously the better choices.

    I am not sure if it works on NPC, but I think it is worth to invest in those ones cause we all know these days UFE's want to camp all maps and kill everything.
