Event missions and poor timing on ICE-Meteoroid.

YES. like the above users have commented already. ACCEPT the quests Aand complete it when possible. it will go no where as long as it still DECEMBER.

 

It's funny that the Icy isn't even on when it's 8:07pm and still no icy.

 

Wait until tomorrow. Oh, and I just found out I am working tomorrow, awesome...

 

DO had the ICY for tonight when it showed events, it was at the top of my event list on home page for 7 pm they changed it to spaceball. #DarkOrbitHatesPlayers

Seems to me that this and otherr threads are just going around in circles... what we need is some input from the GMs/FMs... sorry to shout but this is 3rd day without any 'official' input.. we will be accused of spamming soon!!

 

I have logged on three days in a row at varying times and there has been no ice to complete quest. All I'm asking is for a fair shake to complete quests like everyone else. I still have to work and fulfill family obligations and cannot be on all the time. i hope these quests run concurrently so when I do get a chance I'll be able to finish them all. Thats all I got thx for listening ..... dave

 

'dave' we are all listening and got no reply from a reputable source.. the quests are running, apparently, concurrently... finish the one you have and the next will(might) appear never fret..DO is here for us ... we are a part of a community maybe I should shut up!!

 

Support has been made aware of the issue and is looking into it.

Long as ice comes up from time to time and actually goes live on wednesday and saturday ill be happy ...lol other than that my thread has become a discussion thread, So you can close and anybody wishing to discuss this can make a "Discussion thread"

 

Might be able to finish these quests if the BG, Dec 11th has ice meteoroids in it.

 

Haha, I finished the Icy quests they got out on the last Icy event

Today's quests involved popping 20 small lords, and 1 boss lord. Then another (Level 16 & over) with 15 BLs and 1 BBL.

seems to me that the Bar has been lowered... last year there were 2 achievements 64 and 32 .. this year is only 30!
Maybe the 'Plan' wasn't to include everyone anyway...
Information and 'an explaination' can be so helpful... (would save the forum posts asking )

(2nd edit) we have 20 days left until the quests 'go west' will all ppl/members be able to finish their quests with the current availability of ICY??

 

doubt it. i have to make sure i'm on every time the icy is in order to get it done, and besides that there's 15+ on icy per map making the lag outrageous and the time it takes to do damage longer. Although i can get 150k-200k done in one go on icy in those groups, the fact it's hard to lock one sometimes and the fact it dies before i get lock fast enough sometimes is ridiculous.

 

Maybe they should put more than 1 icy on per map .. 3 at a time might not be a bad idea!!
