  1. Hello....
Darorbit has been keeping a secret from you for some time now and it is that Darkorbit has been a victim of hearthbleed vuln Because Bigpoint uses OpenSSL.. . people can hack /sell all your equipment

People already have your Passwords......so change them before they attack

There have been many victims so why hasent Bigpoint let the community know?
is it because they dont want people to know ???

do you think BP would say "Hey, we're silly, all our games are vulnerables to heartbleed, stop playing, paying us your money and say goodbye to your accounts"?

anyways thats all i got left to say and change your passwords.....

    No it hasn't ...

Bigpoint scan 1 - Not vulnerable
Darkorbit scan 1 - Assessment failed: Unable to connect to server

Bigpoint scan 2 - Vulnerability Not Detected
DarkOrbit scan 2 - Vulnerability Not Detected

I understand it's popular to hate on DO and BP but seriously, you think they wouldn't announce something like huge like this which wouldn't even be their fault and just wait for one of their customers to find it out and sue them?

    "WeAreAnonymous" lol grow up.

  3. Gonna get a bit technical here...

I've read up on this Heartbleed exploit (via the Heartbleed website) and it depends on what version of OpenSSL it uses. Not all versions of OpenSSL are vulnerable.

The latest version of OpenSSL (1.0.1g) has patched the Heartbleed exploit. For obvious reasons I don't know what version of OpenSSL DO uses but if they've upgraded to OpenSSL 1.0.1g then DO isn't vulnerable to the exploit.

  4. Lmao kid they fixed it but hackers still have peoples passwords

If "hackers" had passwords they would have gone for all the top account. None of the top, top accounts have been hacked since the heartbleed issue.

Have some common sense kid, bigpoint would ask people to change their details if their sites were affected by heartbleed.

  6. it's not vulnerable anymore, it was fixed 2 weeks ago if I remember well.
Also "Hey, we're silly, all our games are vulnerables to heartbleed, stop playing, paying us your money and say goodbye to your accounts" I think I've heard it before...

Thank you all for your input on this matter. Bigpoint strives very hard to keep a safe environment for its gaming community.

As previously mentioned, if there was any type of issue whereas players username and password were compromised. You would think that they would have attacked every server and its largest players. However that is not the case as we are currently running 20+ server and We have a large amount of UFE and FE players still enjoying the game.

As this is not an active issue, as to avoid a rant... this thread will be closed.

Again thank you all for you assistance on this matter.
    Have a lovely day
    Astraea
