  1. Hi CAdDraig, now do you remember all the issues over the last england football event where it was insisted that the event pop never said win get up to 4 times the uri . And the fact it took weeks to get it sorted leaving many players unhappy.

    Well guess what on todays football event, the same pop up has appeared making the same claim. So all the denials and messages telling people to refer to FAQ were erroneous.
    Hopefully posting the image here will stop the same issue happening again

    Hi Vampire_Cat,

    Thank you for your post. Hopefully what happened with the football bonuses last time was a one-off incident and shall not be repeated again. At the time we felt that the bonuses booked were incorrect and we fought that case until the end when support payed out the additional bonuses when contacted. At the time however, we were advised by our Community Manager to change the FAQ to be in-line with the rewards/bonuses that were paid, therefore the FAQ at the time was also most likely incorrect.

    We have updated the >>Soccer Bonus FAQ<<, and it should now contain the correct information once again.

    We have also received e-mail assurances this morning that the bonuses for the upcoming football matches are;

    - Euro Qualifiers - Maximum bonus of triple the original purchase (4 goals required)
    - Copa America - Maximum bonus of quadruple the original purchase (5 goals required)

    Should there be any discrepancies this time around, please be assured that we will be there once again to ensure that the correct bonuses are booked.

  3. Thankyou I know that yourself personally worked hard to resolve this matter, and on behalf of the players who suffered I want you to know we appreciate your efforts.
    It is a shame that the Community Manager never had the manners to apologise for the way the players were treated and the time it took to resolve, one would have thought that in the circumstance it was fully warranted.
    Please close as I think we can all be reassured this will not happen again.
