FAQ: New Laser: Odysseus Laser

Lurking in the dark with the Odysseus Laser, seek a chance to find the enemy's weaknesses. Give them a fatal blow to show your mercy.

The OS-L's ability boosts Critical Strike Chance on every Odysseus Laser currently equipped. Equip at least 3 Odysseus Lasers to activate its set bonus effect, further boosting Critical Strike Chance.

The Odysseus Laser can be equipped on your ship, on your P.E.T. or on your Drone but the Coup de Grace Ability only activates when it’s equipped on your ship.

Odysseus Laser (OS-L)

• Base damage is 220

Each equipped laser increases the Critical Strike Chance by 3%, and the set bonus can be activated when 3 lasers are equipped (an additional 9% Strike Chance). The maximum Critical Strike Chance is 50% (which means it will count as 50% when the player equips more lasers), after that increasing the number of OS-Ls will only increase Damage not the Critical Strike Chance anymore.

Coup de Grace Ability
The OS-L's ability boosts Critical Strike Chance on every Odysseus Laser currently equipped. Equip at least 3 Odysseus Lasers to activate its set bonus effect, further boosting Critical Strike Chance.

• The more OS-L are equipped, the stronger the effect (+3% with each laser equipped)
• It applies only to base damage of OS-L, so it does not boost damage from other sources (e.g. boosters).
• A Critical Strike is 200% of the Laser’s basic damage.

Laser Set Bonus Effect
Equip at least 3 Odysseus Lasers to activate its Set Bonus effect, and to add an additional visual effect.

When 3 or more lasers are equipped on the ship, the OS-L’s Set Bonus Effect will be activated automatically. As soon as the amount of equipped lasers is less than 3, the Set Bonus Effect will be turned off.

• Note that the set bonus effect applies to the base dmg of OS-L that are currently equipped on your ship only (not active if the OS-L is equipped on your P.E.T. or Drone
• Each equipped laser increases the Critical Strike Chance by 3%, and the set bonus can be activated when 3 lasers are equipped (an additional 9% Strike Chance).
• The Set Bonus Value has a cap at 50% which means that it won’t increase anymore once it reaches 50%.
• The Set Bonus Effect cannot be stacked. Meaning that if you have 6 Odysseus Lasers equipped, only 1 instance of the Set Bonus Effect will be applied to all 6 Odysseus Lasers.
