    Hello Space Pilots,

    Our sync has now been completed. We did some background work and changed the following:
    • Bug: The Viking Drone is too large in the game - FIXED
    • Improvement: We checked the player feedback on the Spectrum Plus ship and decided to change the following:
      • There's now one additional laser slot on Spectrum Plus (from 15 to 16)
      • The Duration of the ability has been increased by 2 seconds (from 8s to 10s)

    Hello Space Pilots,

    We had another hot fix sync last night and the following has been fixed:
    • Missing text on SPC-XV02 module which caused that the module was broken - FIXED
    If you are still having trouble connecting to the game, please clear the cache in your game client and try again.

    We will have a sync with a server restart tomorrow (yes, Thursday instead of Wednesday this week) at 10am CET to do some background work.

    Hello Space Pilots,

    Our sync has now been completed. We did some background work and changed the following:
    • The percentages to give out VX modules in Batte Pass boxes were too high - FIXED
    We also executed a compensation booking via script for all players who had problems with the Season Pass quests last week. Here's what we compensated today:
    • We compensated 1500 Season Pass Points to all players who suffered from disconnection and who couldn't enter the game map. We also gave all of them double duration of the subscription packages that they had.
    • Since the disconnection problems started on 9th February, we also compensated all players who suffered from it with the missing rewards of the Daily Login Calendar of Prosperous event.
    We are currently investigating in database which players got issues with daily Season Pass quests but not with the weekly Season Pass quests because we are aware that also players who didn't get disconnected suffered from problems with their daily Season Pass quests. For these players, we will come up with a separate compensation very soon.

    If you are having problems to connect to the game after the sync, please clear your cache and cookies and try again.
