    Hello everyone my problem is i had flag usa in payment website thats mean i would pay with dollar so i sent a message to support to change it to my flag that is albania i got a msg from them they said that they need my photo ID card i sent to them this then i got an answer that they fixed my flag but i cant open the payment page it show me a page that write
    Dear User,
    An error has occurred.

    then i told them that they didnt fix it yet and i waited for 4 days didnt got any answer i sent again a message to support i didnt got since 6 days any response pls help me i want to buy double box package and rebate for this reason i need to fix it
