flax drones

On 28.12.2014 i had 4 flax drones (two 4level, and two 3level), but on 2912.2014 i had only two 3 level why?Where are the 2 others drones?They are missing and i dont know why?!? I have written to the support twice but nothing! NOBODY is answering me and giving me explain why they are missing!!!

 

And now i lost the other 2 drones why omg...Is that game have a support or you only now to take money

 

When was the laat time you repaired your Drones?

I still have my same 8 irises I bought years ago.

Thank you VintageAion for assisting with this thread.

Make sure you didn't lose the drones after getting destroyed (Please check your logbook to confirm the same). The drone level may fall down if you repair them.

If you still feel that your drones were lost and some of them were downgraded because of some issue, then please post the user id and server you play on for further assistance.

ok thanks so there are destroied and i buy new how i must repair them buy Drone Repair CPU 1 and then where i must put it?

 

Go to hanger > equipment > drones and should be an option to repair your drone when you click on it.

marto9099, The link provided above will provide you with how to repair drones. As for the Drone Repair CPU, it must be placed in an Extras slot to function. *Make sure you equip it on both configs, and have enough Uri/Credits to repair your drones at all times*.

Just a warning!
Repair CPUs are not to be trusted, some of us have lost drones due to them failing.
Just repair them manually. When it gets to 90% or so, click the drone in the equipment screen, and in the bottom right side, you'll see an option to "repair". Use that.
If you have Flax drones, Credits will be use to repair it.
If you have Irises, Apis and/or Zeus, Uridium, or repair credits (if available) will be used.

Maybe a helpful comment window when a player acquires their first drone advising the player on the fact that drones take damage when you are destroyed and must be repaired before they reach 100%?

Not many new players like to trawl through the endless FAQ's trying to learn everything about the game before they play it.

whoeva, that is a very good idea and I would suggest that you make a post describing that idea in the update and Idea section of the forums.

Is that really necessary? Should be pretty obvious from a design point of view that this is something that would benefit new players and has either been overlooked or purposefully left out. Besides an idea was already raised by someone before suggesting that a warning be given when drones reached a certain % of damage and was ignored so doubt they are interested in helping players avoid losing drones. Thanks for your suggestion though.
