FOOTBALL RETURNS STILL WAITING ANSWER

  1. 7 days after the England match and we are still waiting to find out what BA Ddraig's answer from SUPPORT was, about the incorrect amount of uridium bonus everyone on GB2 received.

    It is obvious from the previous thread that the question is unanswered and that BA Ddraig is still waiting for a response.

    So why has Poseidon Fury closed the thread with question answered when it obviously hasnt. Now i realise we all make mistakes, so please keep this thread open until we have a satisfactory response as to when the issue will be resolved, and BA Ddraig can answer here. Thankyou.

    The previous thread was closed because the the Original Poster did not respond to it after his question was answered by Ddraig.
    Always remember not to hijack someone's thread and in future please do create a new thread if you have any issues in game it will allow us to serve you better.

    I will try to investigate the same and we will update here once we get a response.

    Hi Vampire_Cat,

    We've had a response from higher support (our Community Managers), and they have informed us to advise players to contact support who will assist them in booking the remaining soccer bonus that should have been given.

    Therefore please contact support for further assistance and they should be able to book the uridium that you are owed.

    Oddly enough i was just writing a response as your post popped up. We've been advised to ask you to contact support and they should be able to assist you in getting your remaining uridium booked to your account.

    I apologise for any inconvenience all of this has caused but hopefully support should be able to resolve this for you.

  7. Well I have contacted support and all i got back was the generic auto, please look in FAQS, which is annoying, and it means i have to send exactly the same request to support a second time. Why cannot it not be the case that when you select type pf query when you message support, that issues such as this bypass the autoresponse and need for a 2nd reply. Its a sure fire way to really annoy customers that have been delayed and upset already.

    Hi Vampire_Cat,

    To my understanding, the automatic response is used by support to help with any common issues or questions that a user might have. However i also believe that they use it to gain any further information (for example User ID, Server etc.) that will help when a person supporter reaches the ticket and assists with the issue. Although i do understand how in this case, having the automatic response consist of FAQ advise does not help with your issue.

    Normally we close threads once communication with support has started, however i shall leave this one open in case any further issues arise with this.
