Forgoten Email

hi im sorry but i was wondering if it is possible to change my old email that i cant get reach to because i have been using my darkorbit account without recieving any darkorbit emails or even change my name so if i can i would really appriciate this.

 

And i have tried reseting the password for my email account i states Microsoft account incorrect and it is saved as this on my darkorbit account plz help i am not getting any emails for this game

 

If you can't log in to the email try using the forgot password or username function on the email. You should always have your email linked to another so that you are always able to recover the login information if you forget. As for darkorbit if you are not receiving emails from them there is a post on the forums which explains what emails you should let pass through your email filter then you should make sure they are added and see if you get emails. If your browser saved your darkorbit account login information send an email to support with the username and the current password and they will be able to help you. You should have an option to see or change any saved passwords that your browser is saving or sites . I would contact support about this
