After spending like an hour on digging through the new forum, in a vain hope of finding something, or at least finding a place to post a simple game-related question, I've noticed that I really, REALLY miss the old forum, where I could find what I'm looking for in less then 5 minutes :D

PLEASE, either organize the new forum to be clearly divided into sub-categories, like the old one was, or just go back to the old forum, because I REALLY see absolutely NO improvement with this new forum-disorganization.

It is actually a lot simpler than the old forums. The General Questions section is right below the "HELP" category, and the Technical Section is right below that.

The Forum structure was designed by Support. Part of the reason for the change was to create a global Forum format which is now applied across all Bigpoint games. I realise that it can be a little confusing (especially with some of the sections not functioning, and others being awkwardly named), but you do get used to it with practice.

The Moderation Team is continuously working to try and make everything more user-friendly, and I am in the process of organising a help guide specifically for Forum use, so hopefully things will improve a little over the coming months (it has taken us all a long while to adjust).

We have already fought long and hard over the structure in order to retain certain sections beyond the "global" format - Support will not accept any other suggestions on this matter.
I am closing, as further changes to the Forums are simply not open for debate.
