FPS Mass Jumping

    Hello there i just got my new desktop which is miles better than the old laptop and it seems to struggle more to play this game which is just odd

    wondered if anyone would no how i can get my FPS to stay still at 50+ not jumping down to 4 or 5 every 5 seconds...

    here is desktop specs
