Friendly players attacking me

    I used to play this game years ago, back before the galaxy gates existed. i just started playing again about two days ago and i keep being attacked by my own faction. i'm not stealing anyones kills or cargo or attacking them, they just start attacking me out of no where just for minding my own business, am i missing something here? i'm on EIC (USA east 2)

    Unfortunately this happens. Some players, or clans, attack just about anyone that is not part of their click. Nothing to do with anything you have or have not done, they just see you as a target to be erased.

    Thank you all for assisting the player with their question.
    Devin488, Unfortunately this does exist in the game. Some players decide that they are not going to help their fellow company members and instead attack them, most ofter to get the kill of the NPC you are on. If they destroy your ship however, they will get a negative honor penalty that stacks up over time.
