friends and bonus

if I had more then 25 friends in my bonus page who reached lvl 10
I have to wait them to reach lvl 12 to get reward (design and lf-4) or I can recruit new friends?

Yes they need to be level 12 in order to get Lf-4 and other valuable stuffs and you can also recruit new friends for same.

i need to ask about ip thing, i don't know well about it so i have a question my friend created his account with different ip but sometimes we use to play in a coffee shop using the same connection does this affect the bonus?

Creating account from same IP address would result in pushing of accounts in order to get rewards and it is against rules but as long as different IP address are involved you should be fine.

i need to know what is the ip address of the player??
the ip he using to play or to register or the last ip he was on with it??
