friends & bonusses

    hi, i got a problem with my friends&bonusses i invited 10 friends but some friends were offline for a while (they were al level 10 or higher) i also invited two friends before the new bonusses were there. so now it says in the left top corner that i got 13 friends bonusses received, but in the accepted colum are only 10 friends shown. when i click on a friends name than i got to see everytime the same name while they have all different name. so my question is why wont i get the 10 friends bonus while i have 13 friends invited all level 10?

    Hi there,

    If you are showing that you have more than 10 registered friends (above level 10) and haven't received the rewards, then this is an issue you will have to contact support about.

    However i will add that for you to receive the rewards, the friends must meet the required guidelines taken from the FAQ >>HERE<<;
    • New friends must have separate email address.
    • New friends cannot share the same IP address.
    • New friends cannot be existing players from the game.
    If however they do meet these guidelines, then as i said above, you would need to contact support to look into this issue for you.
