I have 7 level 3 fuel protocols, my P.E.T. is level 15 and,
    I use
    one gear auto-looter level 3.

Fuel consumption without fuel protocols is 35 per minute.
    Fuel consumption
with 7 fuel protocols is even more than 35 per minute.

Where is my 28% less fuel consumption? :(

I need help with this issue, thanks.

Guys, I get one answer from support, and you all should think about it.

The formula for the fuel consumption of the PET is:

    1 + ( [PET Level] * 2 ) + ( [Ai Protocols equipped] * 2 ) + ( [Gears equipped] * 4)

    [removed support communication]

Thanks, now we know, how this work.

Moderators, you can lock this thread now, thanks!

Thanks for this post. It does seem a bit misleading to list the protocol in the shop as something that will reduce fuel usage when it actual fact it appears to do nothing more than slightly increase fuel usage compared to not equipping them at all.

    It states in the shop:
This is clearly incorrect and really should be looked at. Simple solution might be to removed the + ( [Ai Protocols equipped] * 2 ) from the calculation completely.

    Hello,

First, my apologies for the delay in our response to you on this issue.

I have edited your post and removed most of your communication with support as posting support communications within the forums is against the rules and would result in receiving an infraction. That said, I feel your intent was to help others who might have the same question, so I am offering you a warning instead on this occasion. I have left the basic formula that was supplied and hope that those who might come across this thread with the same question will still find it helpful :)

I am glad to hear that this question has been answered for you though :)

    Regards,
    -Closing as requested-
