LSD ( 5 clans full of ships on trains, you can see them in every map), Brma (same thing, check every bl map right now and tell me otherwise), LOM (lends their accounts to be used in trains, stated as much on their discord and even on do chat)are always using trains. Behe trains weren't enough, they also have stroke trains and now, every single bl map has trains in invokes shooting every ship on sight, making it impossible for any other players to play. Y'all are killing the game by allowing this. If this is how it will be on Steam, be prepared for a barrage of negative reviews and possibly reports to the point they'll remove it from Steam. Good job on allowing cheaters to kill a game; you all showed you have no spine, no integrity, nor the ability to fix the game.

    Unlawful Gambling Mechanics
Most jurisdictions define illegal gambling by the presence of three elements without legal authorization:
    • Consideration: Something of value is wagered.
    • Chance: The outcome is determined predominantly by luck rather than skill.
    • Prize: The winner receives something of value (money or items with real-world monetary value).
Games that incorporate loot boxes or virtual currencies that can be converted into real-world money (via official or unregulated secondary markets) often face legal scrutiny for being an unlicensed form of gambling, especially in countries like Belgium and the Netherlands.

Laws like the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the US require games to get parental consent when collecting data from children under 13. Other violations include:
    • Targeting minors with gambling content or advertisements.
    • Using "dark patterns" or deceptive design to persuade underage players to make unintended purchases.
    • Failing to implement robust age verification or age assurance measures.

      Others:
    • False Advertising/Fraud: Making misleading claims about a game's features, performance, or in-game purchases can result in legal action from regulatory bodies like the FTC.
    • Failure to protect user data and maintain transparent privacy policies can lead to significant penalties.
    • Failing to ban them can violate the game's own terms of service and create legal issues if the botting is used for malicious activities. While botting is often a violation of a game's rules and can lead to bans, only certain types of botting are outright illegal. Specifically, using bots to disrupt the game, engage in fraudulent activities, or overwhelm the game's services can be illegal.
    • Disruptive activity: Using bots to disrupt gameplay or cause a Denial of Service (DoS) attack can be illegal.
    • Fraudulent activities: If botting is used for fraudulent activities, such as manipulating in-game economies or for financial gain, it can be illegal.
    • Using bots to circumvent anti-cheat software or other security measures can be a violation of the law under laws like the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
    • Violating Terms of Service: Using bots to cheat or gain an unfair advantage violates a game's terms of service and can result in account bans.
    • Contact the Better Business Bureau: If you believe the game developer is not acting in good faith, you can report them to the Better Business Bureau.

    • Econsumer, but since the gov is shut down, you can't right now.

Same crap on ge5. They're all using the same train program made by that one fatherless ESL turdskin who also runs black market and analytics sites. Sheer negligence must be crippling BP.

The US gov shutdown has ended.
