GA2 - issues and subsequent rollback

    Greetings Spacepilots,

    This is for our Global America 2 players

    Last night there was an outage caused by a severe technical issue. Unfortunately the severity of this has resulted in the server being rolled back, as some of you may have realized already :(

    The roll back was done back to approximately 01:00, meaning any and all progress or actions that were made after that time have been reset.

    Any game progress or activity has unfortunately been lost. Despite this we will look into it and see if there's anything we can do all the same.
    However, if any of you made purchases during the time that has been rolled back, these will be tracked back and your purchases restored.

    The severity in which this has occurred is not something we wish to take lightly. It may take a few days before we have more information as we do not wish to rush while we analyze what has occurred, and look at fair compensation.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this has resulted for those of you affected, and for the late notice in which we have been able to inform you.

    Hello,

    From today until July 24 (noon local server time), players on GA2 will receive 3 days of premium and the "Super Booster Pack" which includes one shared HP, Damage and Shield booster each with their login as compensation for the technical issues last week that resulted in the rollback.

    We do apologize for this, and thank you for your patience while we reviewed what had occurred.
