    The other day I was doing my alpha gate and my internet crashed and lost my last life and lost it when at&t fixed my internet I lost my gate could support help me please! thanks Darkobit

    You will have to talk to support. Be aware though that they only reset gates at a maximum of 1 gate a month, so if this is the 2nd time within 30 days then your out of luck.

    Hello dunkin312

    Thank you Echo.Leader[GB2] for assisting with this thread.

    If you didn't had a gate reset in last 1 month then you will get your galaxy gate reseted and also if there was a technical issue and due to which you lost the gate then for that you need to Contact Support for any further assistance.

    Closing as OP was directed to support.
