galaxy gate multiplier not working

    the galaxy gate multiplier is not and has not been workng for over 1 week, let me explain so u all fully understand what the problem is: when i press the spin button at ten times the energy i get the normal stuff as i wait for the multiplier to build up to maybe 5 or 6 spins, if i then press the X button on the multiplier i get another 6 spins and not a consolidated spin x6 of whatever was there, if u try it it will happen to u, i have spoken to several players all on gb1 server and its happening to them too, pls sort as its useless the way it is
