GALAXY GATE SPINS NOT SHOWING

    I exchanged pally for 67 spins but they did not show up on my gates page.

    CHEO, Have you tried logging out completely and logging back in? You can also try clearing your cache as there may be some old browser data preventing the spins from showing up.
    Please let us know if the issue is still present.

    Hi,, yes I tried everything but it only worked on the log on page where you can find the daily data,it did not showed up at first but after restarting the game it showed 67 spins but not on the gates....

    Since we are on the gate s subject there has to be something that support can do or stop doing it,when I was in Labmda gate wave 16 I lost connection but only to the gate,everything else was working fine, I could see the bars on my right hand side bottom right showing connection and I even hoover my mouse over and it show internet connected,music didn't stop all my other tabs were working fine. This is the fourth time, it happened in Gamma, in Alpha twice and now on this gate,I can beat any gate but it stops working just to make me lose my life and is also very suspicious that always happened with my last life.I will not spend one single penny until this issues are resolve.

    The issue that you are speaking of is a random internet issue. You may see that you are logged in... but in actuality the the connection you are using will lose packets and therein cause you a loss short term loss of connection.

    In many cases, you can close the flight screen and hit the green start bar, then restart the flight screen. Hopefully this process will get you back quickly and you can return to the gate before the npc's kill you.

    Thank you Astraea I did tried to get back in time, I was successful once but failed on my second attempt, I realized that games are not free of malfunctions and I finally accepted that I either deal with it or stop playing.
    I decided to keep playing and deal with it.
