    I was recently informed that I could possibly get my galaxy gate back when I lost it due to lag. I had cleared my cache and turned off everything in the game and I was still lagging and I died all 3 times on the kristallin wave. It happened last week but I was just informed of this. Never hurts to try. Here is my user ID in case you need it. Thanks for your time

  4. Some tip for you when you playing at GG. Reset your ship with full speed Gen on ship and full shield on drone for 1st confi. and 2nd confi is your ship(Goli) 8 speed Gen and 7 shield than on drone is full with laser. Pet is with kami at both confi. when you play at krisstallin wave and sibelonit wave is more dangerous so you need to run than stop with pet kami than run again. use pet kami blow it few time untill all krisstallin run to conner than you can use your ship kill it one by one easierly.

    Here are the guidelines for a gate reset.
    • EN Servers Only
    • 1 Gate Reset per month ( 30 day period of time -no exceptions)
    • No Frame Rate required

    • All gate issues must be posted within 1 hour to 48 hours of the issue event. Anything past to 48 hours that is not posted will not be an accepted issue.

    Please note that you will need to contact support and provide the following information:
    Ship name:
    User ID:
    Server
    Registered email address.
