    During the Gamma Galaxy Gate, I was on the home page. While there, an ad played which caused my client to crash. Because of this, I lost a life against siblonits and wasted roughly 30k ammo and a life for something you guys paid in a code, not because of my game play. Because of this I have to restart the entire wave.

    contact support and don't leave it on the home page anymore, pilot page is safer.

    Hello

    If you didn't had a gate reset in last 1 month then you will get your galaxy gate reseted and also if there was a technical issue and due to which you lost the gate then for that you need to Contact Support for any further assistance within 48hrs of losing the gate.
    Also when contacting support please post your user id along with the server you play on.
