Game crash near pally zone (5-3)

Hi! Every time i go to 5-3 (on every browser) when I am closing to the pally zone it crashes.More exactly a big "!" appears in the middle of my screen with white backround.I cleared my cache from browser and flashplayer and even Flushed my DNS.
Any idea how to solve it?

 

The game is broken now!! with those updates ,i think is more easy they just return to the Old DarkOrbit from the year 2012 and not the "DarkOrbit Reloaded". :'(

 

Yep...Maybe no lag and fanci visual but tons of errors...

 

Yea, everybody miss the Old DarkOrbit, if BP change the game back to the Old DarkOrbit then a lot of people gonna play again this game, is enough with remove the bot users, just change the game and back to the Old DarkOrbit

 

xXxBadeAcerxXx, Have you tried to replicate the issue in a different browser? Some handle the game better than others. If you have done this, and the issue is still present, please post your UserID, Ship Name, and the server you are having the issue on so we can look into this further.

This issue has been reported to support by another language moderating team however support are having difficulties trying to locate the issue (seems like the issue is only affecting some and not others). Therefore may i ask some additional questions that may help refine what to look for? For example;

What is your Operating System?
What in-game graphic settings to you play at on average (low/medium/high)?
Do you get the same issue in the 5-1 palladium zone?

I have the same identical problem on the Global America 2 Server. For over half a day since it happened, every time I load the game map screen I get the exclamation mark in a circle in the middle of a white screen. All support did was send me an email asking for all the same stuff I had told them already. Can't play, can't sell and send shipments, can only watch the time tick away on my boosters. Soon I will need a calendar to keep track...

Sorry, just reread the mod's questions. This occurred to me only on the 5-3 map. Didn't do much on the 5-1 map other than pass through it. I entered the map, followed the wall below the ship to its end, turned left (downward), and soon after turning again the screen went white.

Am using Windows XP, usually low graphics quality setting since performance was usually poor, although it may be set to automatic since the last update. By the way, since whatever was done recently, my memory needs have been cut to just over half what they used to be after playing a short time, and goes up only slowly now instead of endlessly as before requiring me to restart every half hour or so. A big improvement!

Hi

If i play it on chrome one one laptop which i bought 2 months ago at argos for around £350 it instantly crashes. If i try it again on another laptop which i bought for £750, it works just fine. It seems as if the game doesn't deal well with lower class laptops.

If you want specs of the laptops i can give them.

 

Don't think it is restricted just to laptops, I am running AMD quad core, 16GB ram, GTX750TI X2, Win 7 PRO and am experiencing crashes and lockups using Chrome, Internet Explorer and Comodo Ice Dragon.
Lockups seem to occur after being popped (with all 3 browsers), browser just freezes requiring task manager to close it.
Internet explorer is the worst. I can sometimes actually start collecting palli then all of a sudden will get the white screen. After that no amount of cache clearing or history removal will see Explorer work again. Use another browser for an hour or so and Explorer will again work, for a while.

 

u have right,i play this game at work and home and internet explorer is worst btw i try to clear flash cache and everything and same thing. But with mozila is fine.

We have been informed by support that they released a patch that they hoped should have resolved the issue that was causing this for you. Are you able to confirm whether you are all still experiencing this issue or not?
